Yesterday afternoon I decided that the twins were ready to begin learning the fundamentals of architecture. With building blocks of course! We had a great time, I had forgotten how much I love playing with blocks, and the babies thought it was a nice break from our fairly predictable routine. Oscar was especially interested in what I was offering, and I must brag a little bit here, but he was actually quite skilled in his construction capabilities. He put together a 5 block tower within a few minutes of the ground breaking and was very graceful in his approach.
Nuala on the other hand was quite content to play the part of the bulldozer, which was equally entertaining and just as much fun.
