Snow Day

Last night the snow began to fall.....

And it fell

And fell

And fell

And now we have 5 very happy children home from school today, ready to start their Christmas vacation one day early.

When school is cancelled due to the perfect storm

All the good children head outside to play

And burrow

And dig

 

And jump

When I just peeked out the front window to see what they were up to, they were jumping off the front porch and trying NOT to land on their feet.

I suppose when there is a snow bank in your driveway....

you have to make the most of it!
